Benefits of Membership

DuPage Birding Club maintains an “open door” policy regarding club activities. Nonmembers are welcome to attend meetings and field trips. Our philosophy: get to know us! We believe over time you will come to appreciate the many benefits we provide and want to join our organization.

When you become a DBC member, you affiliate with an organization that deeply cares about and passionately enjoys birds.  It’s an opportunity to rub elbows with some of the region’s most experienced birders and learn from them.  It’s a chance to join in important “citizen science” research and funding programs that help our avian friends. It’s your connection with the birding community in DuPage County and an opportunity to be part of one of the most successful birding clubs in the region and the U.S.

The club welcomes birders of all ages and skill levels, offering programs and benefits to suit a range of interests. We encourage fun and interaction among members while also providing serious birding experiences.

NOTE: New members who sign up from September 1 through December 31 are paid in full for membership through the following year.
